This new Swedish brand founded by Hakan Johansson launches a collection of handcrafted quality furniture. The collection will be produced locally, close to our shop, to keep the transportation footprint to a minimum. With regards to the furniture industry, the factor that harms the environment the most is probably long distance transportation. So, in more than one way, it's a matter of survival.

01.06.11HEE Chairs @ Summer Bar Bibi
In occasion of Antwerp European Youth Capital 2011 a Summer Bar will be installed in "het Steen" near the Schelde. Espoo is providing a bunch of HEE chairs from HAY for the terrace and interior of this unique location which will be thé meeting place for this summer!
The Summer Bar Bibi will be open 7/7 as from 25/06 till 30/09.
After the summer, you can buy the HEE chairs at an affordable price! -
05.04.11HAY - Collection Summer 2011
Espoo was the first to launch HAY in Belgium and Antwerpen in 2009. In the meantime, our Danish friends have really expanded their collection. Espoo follows up the evolution of HAY and the collection can be seen permanently in our shop.
The brand new HAY collection can very soon be discovered in our store. Among others, the clear designs from Dutch design duo Scholten & Baijings. Some patience is required for the rugs and bed linen, but the beatiful tea towels are already availabe in our store! -
31.03.11Secto Design lamps @ Starmeal Flagshipstore
Interior architect Nathalie Van Reeth used our beautiful pendant lamps from Finnish company Secto Design to create a unique atmosphere at the new StarMeal Flagshipstore in Antwerp.

24.02.11Asplund 2011
Asplund is one of Sweden's leading design and interiors firms. The complete furniture collection is produced in Sweden, ensuring the highest quality, while observing ethical and environmentally friendly production processes.
Earlier this month their new collection was launched in Stockholm. Among others Per Söderberg has further developed the FUNK series, increasing its range of usage possibilities. More info on the news will follow.
Espoo was also recently chosen as Asplund's agent to launch the brand on the Belgian design market. Contact us for prices/info if you would like to become a dealer. -
23.02.11Swedese @ Stockholm Furniture Fair
As usual Swedese presented their newest collection at Stockholm Furniture Fair earlier this month.
Espoo was there and discovered once again some fine designs, like the Continental Sofa from Swedish trio Claesson Koivisto Rune.
