VACANCY: Student with a passion for design – Vitra Partner Store Antwerp & Espoo

Are you a creative student with an eye for design?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic student to join our team at Vitra Partner Store Antwerp and Espoo. Depending on the schedule and needs, you’ll be flexibly assigned to one or both stores.

What you’ll be doing:

• Inspiring and advising customers in a friendly and proactive way.

• Assisting with webshop management and administrative tasks (such as preparing quotations).

• Visualizing and styling the store using available products.

• Unpacking deliveries and checking or adjusting pricing (both in-store and online).

• Keeping the store tidy and welcoming.

• Contacting customers via email or phone.

• Actively participating during events, shopping Sundays, and other special occasions.

Who we’re looking for:

• You have a passion for interiors, color, and design.

• You’re customer-oriented, social, and able to work independently.

• You speak fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus).

• You're available on Fridays and/or weekends; flexibility on other days is a big advantage.

• You enjoy working with Adobe tools such as Photoshop or InDesign.

• You have a strong visual sense and a creative mindset.
